• Most guests at Hegna Camping book their stay online. The camping is open 24/7, all year round. At the camping site a lot of processes are based on self-service, but we are always available to help guests.

  • In our guest-app, which you can access through the booking conformation text message you have recieved, you can see you balance due and pay for your booking. 
  • We recommend that you pay for your booking before arriving. That will make the check-in process go faster. Payment can easily be done in the guest-app you recieved access to in the booking confirmation text-message.
  • On the camp site you can also find Norways first 24h, self-service grocery store. This is the original concept-store for Nærbutikken-NorgesGruppen. This is a complete grocery store with everything you need. 
  • You will get access to free WiFi, information about how to access it can be found in the guest-app. 
  • Before arriving the camping site you should look at the map and find out where your spot is. You should also read about the check-in routine found in the guest-app. 
  • You can also check in before arriving the camping site vith the guest-app. 
  • When you open the guest-app you will see a number of buttons at the bottom of the page. These will link you to sites with information about everything from check-in to check-out.
